Technical Help & Servicing
The Moist///Scan® range has been designed for low maintenance
and user intervention. However, once you have purchased one of
our Moist///Scan moisture analysers you can be safe in the
knowledge that expert advice, if you ever need it, is just a
phone call away. We now even have a modem option on our
instruments that allow us to dial in and verify the instruments
integrity and make software changes in real time.
We can also arrange service contracts that includes physical
inspection & maintenance of the equipment along with remote
assistance package. These service plans will ensure that your
analyser is always working at its optimum performance and
accuracy.

Sampling Procedures
Sampling stations and sampling in general is quite often fraught
with variances due to differing sampling techniques used by many
industries. Callidan can offer ways of overcoming Lab variances
by guiding companies on ways to make sampling more consistent.

Moist///Scan® Performance Verification and Training
Service
Designed to ensure accurate, reliable, repeatable and
maintenance-free operation of Callidan Instruments Moist///Scan®
Online Microwave Moisture Analysers.
An annual performance verification conducted by Callidan’s
microwave moisture analysis technicians will ensure that your
engineers and control room operators can confidently make
moisture-dependent process decisions based on the information
from the analyser.
Whilst Callidan’s Moist///scan® technology is essentially
maintenance-free we recommend that an annual performance
verification check be undertaken. The accuracy of all on-line
moisture analysis technology is calibration-dependent hence
calibration verification is necessary to ensure optimum
performance.
