MA-500has proven
to be very compatible with applications within the Coal
Industry. Given that Callidan Instruments is located in the
heart of Australia’s Bowen Basin Coal fields, it made good sense
that the analyser would find many applications so close to home.
The MoistScan® moisture monitor is also exported to China for
use in coal fired Power Stations, South Korea (Steel Works), USA
(Power Stations & Steel Works) and South Africa.
The main coal applications for the MA-500 include:
• De-watering circuits such as belt filters,
drum filters, de-watering
screens, etc
• Product coal applications for preparation
plant feedback
• ROM coal applications for metallurgical
